Registration fee for participants includes:

- admission to all workshops
- admission to all congress sessions and exhibition areas
- congress materials (Final programme, delegate bag)
- welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches

Registration fee for sponsor firm representatives includes:

- admission to all congress sessions (without live demonstrations) and exhibition areas
- congress materials (Final programme, delegate bag)
- welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches

Registration accompanying persons includes:

- welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches

Registration for students includes:

- admission to all workshops
- admission to all congress sessions and exhibition areas
- congress materials (Final programme, delegate bag)
- welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches

*Note: The registration must be accompanied by documentation or a letter of the Department Head confirming the student status. The letter should be printed in the department letterhead and addressed to the Congress agency Conventus Credo.

Cancellation & refund policy

Please send your cancellations in writing to iva@meetme.hr
Cancellations received in writing by May 31 will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing between June 01 and August 31 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing after September 01, will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the Organising Committee.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee and accommodation can be effected by bank transfer or credit card.
After you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and pro forma invoice.
When paying by bank transfer, please indicate on bank orders " for TAMC 2020, name/surname" of the participant.
If you want us to issue you one invoice for several participants, please let us know by e-mail: iva@meetme.hr
The payer bears all bank costs relating to payment.

An invoice will be issued for all payments. Bank orders must be payable to the MeetME agency:

Registrations are valid only in the name of the registered participant. Participant replacements are possible and must be sent in writing to MeetME with information on the names of the original and alternate registered users. Cancellation of participation and replacement of participants should be sent exclusively in writing to the MeetME agency via e-mail to iva@meetme.hr
